Customized Private Yoga
Sage Bodywork offers sessions that combine elements of a variety of different styles of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative. During a session, you will be guided to focus on connecting to your breath and by extension, to yourself. The goal of a session isn't to fit into certain poses just so, but rather to pay attention to the sensations in your body and mind as you move from and through different postures. Each session is customized so you get the most out of your experience. You can choose to focus on releasing tension in specific areas, opening up chakras, or simply relaxing before a massage session. Whatever you need, a flow can be created to meet your goals - we're flexible like that (pun intended).
